Hi everyone!

As you can tell, I've been on an extended break from writing Simplified AI for the past few months.

2024 didn't start off the way I wanted it to. I had a lot of plans (for this newsletter and other things) that had to be put on hold due to unexpected surgery. The recovery process was more difficult than I originally anticipated, but fortunately, there were no major issues, and I'm happy to share that I've finally started to feel back to normal over the past few weeks!

Recently, I've been spending plenty of time with friends and family, watching all of the March Madness basketball I can possibly consume. I've been fortunate enough to watch a few games in person, and I'm looking forward to seeing the Huskies take home the championship tomorrow night!

Starting next Sunday, I'm getting back to sharing Simplified AI weekly. I've revamped the main newsletter, and I'm also going to start sharing a new, second newsletter that dives deeper into specific AI use cases and its impact on society.
